APPLICATION FOR MEDIA ACCREDITATION
Welcome to the Rogers Cup presented by National Bank online media accreditation system. This system is intended to make the media credentials request process as easy and efficient as possible.
Media requesting accreditation for Rogers Cup presented by National Bank, held from August 6-14, 2011 at Rexall Centre on the campus of York University, must complete and submit the appropriate section(s) of this form no later than end of business day on
Friday, July 8, 2011.
If you are attending the tournament in Toronto for the
first time
, please attach a personal headshot with your application (jpeg format via e-mail would be preferred).
If your media outlet intends to send staff to also cover Rogers Cup presented by National bank in Montreal, please note that a separate accreditation form must be filled out for that event
