APPLICATION FOR MEDIA ACCREDITATION
Welcome to the Rogers Cup presented by National Bank online media accreditation system. This system is intended to make the media credentials request process as easy and efficient as possible.
Media requesting accreditation for Rogers Cup presented by National Bank, held from August 4-13, 2012 at Uniprix Stadium in Montreal, must complete and submit the appropriate section(s) of this form no later than end of business day on Friday, July 6th, 2012.
If you are attending the tournament in Montreal for the first time, please attach a personal headshot with your application (jpeg format via e-mail would be preferred). By sending a photo, you can save up to one hour in the accreditation waiting line.
If your media outlet intends to send staff to also cover Rogers Cup presented by National bank in Toronto, please note that a separate accreditation form must be filled out for that event here.
